Shipping & Returns


All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from day of purchase. Standard 3-5 day shipping is absolutely free. Expedited shipping options are available for purchase at checkout.

All orders receive a tracking number for your reference. Orders of $100 value or more may include signature confirmation for the security of your high value purchase. This option can be waived upon request. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages or claims of "not received" when the tracking and carrier indicates that the package has been delivered. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. Clearance items are Final Sale and do not qualify for refund or exchange.

If an item arrived damaged, contact us immediately for assistance in receiving a replacement. A claim of "Arrived Damaged" must be made within 48 hours from the time the order was delivered.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging (gift pouch or gift box) and shipped back to us within 30 days. Items returned after the 30 day period will not be accepted

To return an item, please visit our "Submit a Return" page. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive instructions on where to ship your return. Costumer will be responsible for return shipping cost.


Before a refund can be issued your return will be subject to inspection. After inspection, an email notifying you of the return status will be sent. If your return has been approved, a full refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
